Should an adoption take place, you also agree to abide by the terms and conditions specified in the Adoption Contract.

We regret that we cannot "hold" cats for you. Please be prepared to adopt and take your new kitty home with you the day of adoption. Remember, we WILL NOT RETURN LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS to area codes other than 480, 602, or 623. We'd rather spend our money on spays/neuters than with the phone company.
